We had a great stay at this hotel! Best aspects include helpful and warm family staff, spacious and clean rooms, and delicious homemade breakfast pastries. The hotel's rooftop views were also a lovely bonus.
Nothing, all excellent.

Two things I enjoyed about the hotel were the cleanliness of the rooms and the delicious breakfast. The location was also ideal, with easy access to nearby sites. One more advantage was the friendly staff, always happy to help with restaurant recommendations and reservations.
The quality of the mattresses left much to be desired, and the pillows were too thin to be truly comfortable. The shower was also outdated, and the lack of curtain made for a less-than-ideal experience.

Great family-run place. Attentive staff. Good included breakfast with a variety of options. Home-cooked dinner. Nice rooftop views. Comfortable and affordable rooms. Lovely and helpful family. Spacious and clean accommodations. Delicious homemade tarts for breakfast.
Almost perfect.

Breakfast coffee made by the owner was delicious, and the staff members were very friendly and helpful. Good location to explore Tuscany, close to Cortona and Montepulciano. We enjoyed the homemade tarts served during breakfast.
The mattresses could be better, as they had springs that we could feel. the pillows were too thin, and we had to ask for an extra one.
